Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to an item being defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. We may provide instructions for this or reimburse you upon proof of shipping cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right, in line with your consumer rights in Singapore (including those under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act for goods that do not conform to contract).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (as per the conditions above). Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid for the original shipping, this cost will not be refunded unless the return was due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
