Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at resavour! The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) or sale periods. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We offer the following shipping options within Singapore:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5 business days after dispatch.

    • Cost: Tiered based on weight.

    • Free standard shipping for orders over S$50.00.

    • Carriers: We typically use SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, Qxpress, or "a reliable local courier partner".

  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

    • Cost: $40

    • Carriers: We typically use GrabExpress and Lalamove.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track your order via the carrier's website.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at resavour@themoonbeam.co within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, in line with our Refund Policy.

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus an additional 5-7 business days, please contact us at resavour@themoonbeam.co. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. While we are not liable for packages lost by the carrier once they have left our premises, we will do our best to assist you.

In-Store Pickup

  • You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our pickup address in Singapore. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
